Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Aryra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Aryra is an AI-powered assistant that provides:

• Conversations with AI models, including streaming responses and multi-step reasoning
• File uploads and analysis (documents, images, audio, video, and other supported formats)
• Code and query execution against connected data sources
• AI-assisted image and video generation
• Web search and page crawling to ground AI responses in current information (when configured)
• Search within your own conversation history
• Session sharing via public links and forking of shared conversations
• Bookmarking of sessions and messages
• Real-time notifications
• Optional integrations with third-party services that you choose to connect, for example: email and calendar (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), messaging and collaboration (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion), developer and issue-tracking platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Linear, Confluence), support and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk), observability (Datadog, Sentry, PagerDuty), and HR systems. You control which integrations are connected and can disconnect them at any time.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at legal@aryra.ai
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• Registration may require an invitation code when invite-only access is enabled
• Your account may be subject to usage rate limits based on your assigned role

Paid plans (Pro, Premium, Enterprise) are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.

• You can cancel anytime from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months or unused features.
• Prices are shown in your local billing currency at checkout. Applicable sales, value-added, or goods-and-services taxes will be added or included according to the laws of your billing country.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before the renewal date.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the balance is resolved.

You agree not to use Aryra to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Generate illegal, defamatory, or IP-infringing content
• Use the service for automated bulk operations without prior written consent
• Share conversations containing others' private information without their consent
• Generate sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children
• Provide tailored legal, medical, or financial advice without appropriate review by a licensed professional
• Automate high-stakes decisions (credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, law enforcement, immigration, or critical infrastructure) without meaningful human review
• Create content designed to deceive: impersonation, fake reviews, phishing, or political disinformation
• Develop or operate weapons, including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or autonomous weapons systems
• Reverse-engineer, extract model weights, or circumvent safety measures

Aryra allows you to share conversations via public links and fork (copy) others' shared sessions into your own account.

• When you share a session, its full content becomes accessible to anyone with the link. Review your conversation before sharing
• You may revoke a shared link at any time; revocation prevents new access but does not remove forks already created
• Forked sessions belong to the person who forked them and are stored independently in their account
• Fork access requests may be sent to and approved or denied by the original session owner
• You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share publicly

You keep ownership of everything you upload or type into Aryra. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to process that content only to provide and improve the service.

As between you and Aryra, we assign to you whatever rights we have in the output generated in response to your prompts. You can use it for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, subject to the Acceptable Use rules above.

• AI output is not unique to you. Similar prompts from other users may produce similar output, and we make no claim that outputs are original or non-infringing.
• You are responsible for checking that your use of any output complies with applicable laws, including copyright, publicity, and trademark rights.
• The Aryra platform, software, design, and trademarks remain our property.
• If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without obligation to you.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of AI responses.

We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the service with reasonable notice.

Aryra may connect to third-party services at your direction, for example, productivity suites, communication tools, developer platforms, CRM and support systems, observability tools, and HR systems. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. You may disconnect any integration at any time from account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aryra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Aryra, its team, and its partners from any third-party claim arising out of: (a) your content or prompts, (b) your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your use or distribution of AI output generated through Aryra. We will let you know promptly of any such claim and cooperate in the defence.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account from settings. Upon termination, data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Aryra will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.

• Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@aryra.ai and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.
• If your country's consumer laws give you stronger rights, those rights are not waived.
• If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

To report copyright or trademark infringement, email legal@aryra.ai with the work, the location on Aryra where it appears, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised. We remove infringing content and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Organizations may deploy Aryra and its associated components, including the semantic web crawler (Crawl4AI), entirely on their own infrastructure to index and query internal or proprietary datasets.

• In an on-premise deployment, all indexing, semantic search, and result delivery happen locally on the organization's own servers
• No data from the organization's environment is transmitted to or stored in Aryra's systems; results are fetched and served locally without leaving the organization's premises
• The high search accuracy achieved through semantic crawling of local datasets is a result of the organization's own data remaining entirely within their controlled environment
• Aryra is not responsible for the security or management of data within on-premise deployments; the organization is solely responsible for securing and maintaining their infrastructure
